We OCECO always care for our customer and always try to deliver best product to customer, but unfortunately if you are facing any issue with product kindly read and follow below process. You can contact on 8320769986 on working hours.

Warranty Period

Please find below warranty period for different model and accessories.  The warranty period start from the date of purchased product.  Warranty of motor is 3 & 2 years accordingly model which described below, for other components and accessories, warranty is 1 year.

Warranty Registration

Kindly register your warranty on this link https://www.oceco.in/warranty-card-registration/  Within 3 months  of purchase.

What is covered in warranty?

The oceco fan motor & Drive and its component are covered in warranty for all defects in manufacturing. Costs incurred in removal or reinstallation of the product is borne by customer

Warranty coverage applies to new units only.

How to claim warranty?

Once you find any defects in fan within warranty period you have to register your complain on sales@oceco.in or you have to register complain on 8320769986. You have to must submit Original invoice copy, and serial number of fan which is marking on top of the fan motor.

After receiving your complain we will arrange repair or replace unit which is most suitable. For replacement of unit we will arrange through courier service and time to reach your destination is as actual by the courier services delivery time accordingly to location.

Transportation/Courier Charges

All transportation/courier charges are borne by OCECO ENERGY PVT LTD within warranty period of product

For below Scenarios warranty is not covered

  1. Warranty is not covered for any modification in original products.
  2. Extreme heat or high humidity
  3. Improper installation, accident, misuse and natural disasters.
  4. Any physical damage to product
  5. Abnormal voltage
  6. Lightning and any act of god
  7. Warranty does not cover for changes in the finish, including rusting, pitting, corroding, tarnishing, or peeling
  8. The warranty is not applicable for the accessories or peripherals like down rod, canopy, hook assembly kit, fan leaf.
  9. The warranty does not cover product parts that are subject to wear or which can be considered as consumable parts (example: batteries, etc.) by their nature or are made of plastic
  10. In case of online order , damages in transit including blade bend, color issues & other ornamental concerns will be covered only upto 20 days from the date of shipment
