Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Motor Warranty: 2 or 3 years (depending on the model)

Other Components and Accessories: 1 year

Warranty Registration

What Is Covered Under Warranty

The fan motor, drive, and its internal components for any manufacturing defects. Warranty applies only to new units.
Note: The cost of removing or reinstalling the product is borne by the customer.

How to Claim Warranty

If you find any defect within the warranty period:

  • Register your complaint by emailing sales@oceco.in or calling +91 83207 69986.
  • Provide your original invoice and fan motor serial number.
  • Once we receive your complaint, we will arrange for repair or replacement. Replacement units will be sent via courier; delivery time depends on courier service.

Transportation / Courier Charges

All transportation or courier charges are borne by OCECO ENERGY PVT. LTD. within the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Any modification to the original product.
  • Damage due to extreme heat, high humidity, or water exposure.
  • Improper installation, accidents, misuse, or natural disasters.
  • Physical damage to the product.
  • Damage caused by abnormal voltage or lightning strikes.
  • Changes in finish such as rusting, pitting, corrosion, tarnishing, or peeling.
  • Accessories or peripherals (down rod, canopy, hook assembly kit, fan blades).
  • Consumable or wearable parts (e.g., batteries, plastic parts).
  • For online orders, transit damages (blade bend, color issues, ornamental defects) are covered only up to 20 days from the shipment date.
